In the year 2010, we added one more feather to our cap. We developed and installed a new plant to manufacture the complete range of Tin Cans with Dauber Applicator Caps also known as Brush-in-Cans, PVC/UPVC/CPVC Cans and/or PVC/UPVC/CPVC Glue Cans. With a dedicated factory to manufacture these cans, we set up 2 complete lines of production to manufacture an average of 80000 cans in a day, available in sizes, 2 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz, 16 oz and 32 oz as per international standards and 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 litre as per Indian and Asian standards.
Thus, was established, AMAFHH CANS, INDIA, our associate factory, located on the outskirts of Mumbai dedicated to manufacture only these cans. In the past 7 years, due to our industry best production facility, our quality, which is a result of stringent quality control measures that we incorporate in our production process, we have got ourselves a long list of customers in the Indian sub-continent and abroad. We manufacture these cans with various types of coatings for the components like Plain Tin Plate, Gold Lacquer, Clear and Transparent Lacquer, a special 3 coat lacquer system imported from Germany, for cans that face extreme climatic/weather conditions. These lacquer systems give the cans a longer shelf life and prevent them from corroding in regions with high moisture/humidity conditions.
For these cans, we have developed various options for the Dauber Applicators/Caps with the Brush inside
- Caps with a plastic insert with the Brush wire moulded in the insert. The wire of the Brush/Dauber in this case can be made of GI, MS Wire Electroplated with Tin and Stainless Steel.
- Caps with GI wire soldered on to the caps with the Yarn/Dauber at the other end.
- Caps with MS wire electroplated with Tin and soldered on to the caps.
- Plastic Caps with Nylon Bristles for the applicator.
